Amuse bouche: Underground dining trend no longer underground

According to The Chicago Tribune, the underground dining scene in
Chicago, made up of professional chefs who cook fancy meals on their days off for paying customers in their homes or rented spaces, is not so underground anymore. Some Chicago-based groups boast email groups as large as 4,000 people.
