Amuse Bouche: Are you ready for the Double Down Throwdown?

The amazing food bloggers over at Serious Eats decided to one-up KFC’s newest monstrosity, the Double Down (a glorified fried chicken sandwich using the chicken as the bread and cheese and bacon as the filling) by creating their own, gourmet version from scratch.
