One of the vegetarian chilis---this one used a meat substitute, black beans and had almost a mole-like flavor. Very delicious---didn't even miss the meat!
Veggie chili #2, which used a ground beef meat substitute and SO. MANY. VEGGIES! Like zucchini. A very hearty chili.
