Every chef has on off day…

Every once in a while, things just go wrong in the kitchen. Like everything. This is my homage to my day. My pan-fried pork potstickers…they stuck to the pot.

Every chef has on off day...

My light sesame peanut noodles…the natural peanut paste I used was thicker than the peanut butter the recipe called for, turning this into a lump of noodles impossible to swallow.

Every chef has on off day...

My delicious ginger and soy sauce mushrooms…I didn’t have a frying pan, and the small pot I cooked them in steamed them into what I like to call black Asian vomit.

Every chef has on off day...

Thank god for scrambled eggs. ~LTG

Leena!!!! I know every chef/cook has their DUH day, but good grief look at what you’ve done to those poor potstickers!! They certainly lived up to their name on that ocassion!!!
Why did u cook them in a pot?! Although they’re called POTstickers, you’re supposed to PAN-fry them…. better heat distribution and all. Also, if you overcook them they get SUPER stuck like that.
I’m sure you already know this though!!

P.s. Why wasn’t I invited over for dinner!!!???
    P.s. How’s Australia?
P.s. I’d stil have eaten those stuck potstickers….hahahaha
