My partner and I decided we are such cool people; we deserve two nights to celebrate our six month wedding anniversary. This time, I did the cooking, and we still got our food in less time than we did at the Ethiopian restaurant!

We had pan fried fillet mignon wrapped in bacon served with a pan sauce made of white wine and parsley, roasted asparagus with garlic and balsamic, and parmesan ciabatta crostinis.

And Coopers Pale Ale for Adam, Strongbow Sweet Cider for me.

Nothing too fancy, as you can see, but it still was sooooooooooo tasty. And I just love how the cider looks in the light!

I love me some red meat. And bacon. It?s a shame they don?t feel the same way about me! ~LTG
