    Hey Lynda, thanks for the suggestions! I’ve been meaning to get to Chili Mojo for the longest time, but they are closed Sundays and Mondays, the two days I have the most free time! I’m having a chili cookoff in October, so I must make my way there soon.

    The pho place that I love is called Fresh, it is in between the Central Market and Chinatown, down one of those random alleys. I am pretty sure it is near an Asian bbq shop, if that helps. They only have five items on the menu, and their beef noodle soup is killer. At least in my humble opinion.

    Thanks Katie. She really does prefer to sleep upside down all the time. It is adorable…until she cycles through the apartment like a crack kitty destroying everything in her path!
