L’Esturgeon au mousse de Cresson, with Hobbs bacon, Toybox tomatoes, Pumpernickel and petite lettuces. I’m a huge sturgeon fan, so this was right up my alley. Good, but not the most memorable dish of the evening.
Sweet butter poached maine lobster with potato “glass”, cauliflower, brown butter-meyer lemon emulsion. Call me crazy, but I’m a much bigger shrimp fan than a lobster fan. I mean, its good, but it always tastes a bit, I don’t, watered down to me. Good dish, would have loved it even more with shrimp.
