Noodle Theory makes a damn good short rib.
Not the cheapest noodles in the area, but definitely a gourmet spin for a decent price, with Niman Ranch meat and what tastes like handmade noodles and interesting pan-Asian combinations.
Must haves to start: Thai beer and spicy Jamaican ginger beer.
The chicken dumplings. Don't go to noodle shop for dumplings.
Thai beef noodle bowl, spicy and delicious.
Very bad photo of an awesome dish: Niman Ranch Chicken with a peanut ginger sauce.
The duck breast curry...not my favorite dish of evening.
Definitely worth a go, but can get expensive quickly if you are not careful. A pretty good East Bay destination for a modern twist on a noodle shop.
