Spring Rhubarb & Strawberries, buttermilk sorbet, black pepper from chef Angela Pinkerton from Eleven Madison Park. Another great seasonal dessert, almost like strawberry shortcake, but tangier.
Chef Andre Bienvenu making his rootbeer push-up foam pops with liquid nitrogen. It took him 30 seconds or so to freeze the foam completely solid! SOOO good.
