Right off the bat, I picked up the tickets and got photos with Wolfgang Puck. He is tanner than me :(
Chef Adam Cooke's Black Truffle Consommé with White Asparagus Cream and homemade pork rind. Hands down my favorite dish of night, probably because of the pork rind.
