We always start our Ethiopian meals with a beer. This is Harar.
Our meal at Cafe Colluci. Lamb tibs on the far side, and from left to right, dinich alicha (spiced potatoes), yemisir watt (spicy lentils), gomen (collard greens), and kik alicha (yellow split peas). While this is not the best Ethiopian I have ever had, it was quite good.
