Crazy Fruit

As promised, here is some of the crazy fruit I have encountered here in Adelaide. Now, these are only at the Exotic Fruit vendors in the Central Markets, but they sure beat anything the local Whole Foods had in Chicago! Buddha?s Hand.

    You eat a mangosteen by cutting around the equator of the fruit, just enough to cut the skin. You them pop open and eat the fruit inside with a fork. Looks kinda like garlic inside and each segment has a seed. Very tasty fruit to say the lease

    Umm, whatever the crap those are, they look like fun to play with in the kitchen. You know, slap them around like I slap every woman who walks past me. It’s what the ladies like more than “respect” or “equality.” But that’s not for here. I miss you and your bizarre fruits!!
