Amuse Bouche: Who invented boxed wine?

Thomas Angove, a winemaker in South Australia, created and patented the first boxed wine made of a Polyethelene bladder that would hold a gallon of wine inside of a cardboard box in 1965. In 1967, Charles Henry Malpas and Penfolds Wines created the plastic tap that allowed the wine to come out at desired intervals.
