Amuse bouche: Camel burger, anyone?

Even though camel meat is hard to come by in restaurants, one restaurant in Dubai is giving it a shot. The Local House, an Emirati restaurant, is serving a camel burger that is fat and cholesterol-free, and covered in cheese and burger sauce.
