A fellow Chicagoan (he actually from a suburb called St. Charles) named Mike Rybinski created a beer flavored with pizza. Literally whole slices of the stuff go into the brew. He won an amateur brewing contest at Walter Payton?s Roundhouse, a restaurant and brewery in Chicago, and now they will produce the beer for him. But that is not important. What IS important is that I saw a blurb about this on the news in Adelaide, South Australia, of all places. And out of all the clips in the world they could have used?well, THIS is the quote they took from Rybinski: ?The only people that know the recipe are me and my cat Jethro.? Thanks, Mike.
